Kontaktinform\u0101cija ir pieejama \u0161eit:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/darta.lv\/en\/#contact\">https:\/\/darta.lv\/#contact<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Information for our future customers, as well as customers who receive services from us<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SIA D\u0101rta processes personal data (name, surname, personal code, real estate, customer address, e-mail, telephone) for the following purposes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>to identify a person for the sale of services provided by SIA D\u0101rta;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to prepare, conclude and execute a contract concluded with a person;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>management of customer complaints and submissions, providing answers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ensuring respect for the legitimate interests of SIA D\u0101rta and third parties;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>for managing settlements for the services provided by SIA D\u0101rta;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>for maintaining relations with clients and cooperation partners, for ensuring the core activities of SIA D\u0101rta, advertising services, their administration and development;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>providing information to authorized state institutions in cases specified in regulatory acts;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>for customer satisfaction research, to collect and analyze statistical data for the improvement of services and the development of new services;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>taking technical measures to ensure and improve the operation of the company's information system, as well as the website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The legal basis for personal data processing is the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). SIA D\u0101rta processes personal data on the following legal basis:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>for concluding and executing the contract with the client;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to ensure compliance with laws applicable to SIA D\u0101rta;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>to ensure the interests of SIA D\u0101rta, the client or a third party, as determined by law or the concluded contract;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>on the basis of the person's consent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SIA D\u0101rta does not disclose to third parties the personal data of customers or other information that has become known to it during the cooperation process, and SIA D\u0101rta is obliged to protect them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Personal data may be transferred to SIA D\u0101rta employees, real estate sales agents, as well as to those persons who provide services to SIA D\u0101rta, such as lawyers, notaries, accounting, IT and marketing service providers involved in providing a specific service. In cases specified in regulatory acts, your personal data may be transferred to the State Data Inspectorate, Tax Authority, etc. to institutions authorized by laws and regulations, including judicial institutions. Also, personal data will be available to the company's board, responsible employees and our cooperation partners - notaries, their assistants involved in the process of providing our service, as well as accounting service providers, legal service providers, etc. etc., ensuring respect for the legitimate interests of SIA D\u0101rta and third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will process the customer's personal data as long as the contract concluded with the customer is valid or until your consent to the processing of personal data is revoked. In addition, the storage of documents will continue during the period while the parties to the contract can bring claims and defend their legal interests in judicial institutions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SIA D\u0101rta will delete your personal data, including, but not limited to, from all information systems and data carriers no later than within 1 (one) month, when the legal basis for processing ends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Your rights concerning personal data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every person whose data is processed by SIA D\u0101rta has the right to access their data - by requesting copies of their personal data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can also request to correct them, delete or limit their processing, and object to their processing. You can withdraw your previously given consent to data processing, however, the data processing carried out before the such withdrawal of consent will not lose its legality.
